Players listed on this roster must feed into the same high school basketball program. NO-ALL-STAR TEAMS.
Once we receive your entry fee, confirmation will be posted at www.superhoopsplus.com

Entry Fee is $250.00 for each regional per team. NO REFUNDS. If you do not know your roster by the
entry fee deadline you can still send in your entry fee and fax us or email your roster at a later date. This will
ensure your team a spot in the Super Hoops Tournaments. Fax number is 765-473-3482.

All teams in the Super Hoops Tournaments will be listed by the high school, Middle or Elem. team names.
No sponsorships names. Teams can have sponsors on their uniforms but will not be listed as such.
